The overall massage was good but the organisation skills was bad.
I organised through the app for an 11 am appointment on the day .
I turned up to find out that it was been overbooked . I was allocated another time slot on Thursday where my preferred masseuse was unfortunately unavailable and they had to change or I had to move date .
I was rewarded with a free upgrade for being messed about which was ok .
They promote a membership scheme but it feels a lot like a pop it hairdresser experience , rather than an experience .
If u need a quick fix then it’s great but I recommend to call 1st u can’t rely on the accuracy of the this app

Excellent. I had a deep tissue massage in the end as I needed it. Levi was extremely knowledgeable and explained what was going on and the biology which I found very interesting. I have had many massages in and around London over the years and I have to say this was one of the best I have had in a long time, utterly professional and very effective.
