The venue is really easy to find and parking is close by.
Receptionist is very welcoming and friendly with a comfortable waiting room.
The therapist was nice and friendly, asked about pressure and comfort.
However the only downfalls are probably the temperature of the room, the music was not relaxing what so ever and I paid for 80minutes and received about 70minutes

The overall massage was good but the organisation skills was bad.
I organised through the app for an 11 am appointment on the day .
I turned up to find out that it was been overbooked . I was allocated another time slot on Thursday where my preferred masseuse was unfortunately unavailable and they had to change or I had to move date .
I was rewarded with a free upgrade for being messed about which was ok .
They promote a membership scheme but it feels a lot like a pop it hairdresser experience , rather than an experience .
If u need a quick fix then it’s great but I recommend to call 1st u can’t rely on the accuracy of the this app
