Adam is knowledgeable and passionate about finding the best solution for your problem/issue. I really like his approach to not just "fixing" an injury but to finding the root cause and try to improve the condition (e.g. due to compensating weak muscle of another part). Rather than a standard sports massage, it's like a physio/massage/conditioning session.

Adam spent time diagnosing where my pain was coming from and how best to treat it. I’ve had physio for the same back issues before but nobody has quite worked it out. He then gave me a combo of laser treatment, massage and exercises to target the problem area. Which I can honestly say has made a huge difference to the pain already. Top service, friendly and knowledgable.
