Adam is absolutely brilliant in identifying exactly what muscle/ fascia area needs more attention so as to improve the recovery. He is being a key contributor in my training post surgery, boosting my recovery and therefore my fitness output tremendously. Hands down the best sport massage I’ve ever had.

Improved my way back into training heavier lifts progressively, so crucial for my year of recovery from spine surgery.
