Adam is incredibly knowledgeable and reassuring. He was able to pinpoint the problem with my knee very quickly and not only treat it but walk through the root cause (my left hip) and different ways to strengthen that and the different muscles around my knee. Really appreciate his holistic approach.I’ve had two sessions so far and am already experiencing relief - looking forward to working with him more as I work towards an upcoming marathon and beyond.
