Sports Therapy doesn't always have to be pain and torture.

The goal of my practice is to inform, improve understanding of the body, and how we relate to movement in the sports we love.

Its not all Elbows and Egos

I focus on 3 areas with my work as a therapist; how can I help you Repair from injury, How can I help you Reset your long-standing movement habits that limit you, and how can encourage and speed up your Recovery between windows of training and performance.
