Em was absolutely incredible! I came in having not been near a salon in ages due to personal life, and she was so kind in explaining how everything works and making sure I was getting the right thing for me. I usually find salons tricky due to autism, but Emily made sure I was comfortable and happy every step of the way. I left the lounge feeling like a person for the first time in years, and the colour is absolutely stunning. Will definitely be coming back.
