Staff was friendly and Alexandra was very courteous. She listened to what was required and was careful during application. No spillage etc. The blow-dry was not that brill but not a big issue.

I’m so happy with the results of my hair colour! Yana did an amazing job and I couldn’t be more pleased. She was excellent throughout the appointment—professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable.
