My appointment was actually with Sascha and I would definitely recommend her. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable, chatted with me during the session and made a cracking cup of coffee. She cut and styled my hair wonderfully, really felt great afterwards. All the staff at LHA are great. Can't recommend them enough

Staff was friendly and Alexandra was very courteous. She listened to what was required and was careful during application. No spillage etc. The blow-dry was not that brill but not a big issue.
