Very competent student who was very attentive to detail. Just be aware the appointments do take longer. Mine was 2.5 hours which was fine just something to mindful of when booking.

Debbie did an amazing job of my hair! She was so welcoming and kept checking I was happy with what she was doing so I was never confused or misled, I would 100% recommend her to anyone!
Ladies' Root Colouring
I informed Milena what I wanted done. Not sure if 1 inch was trimmed from everywhere as requested. I asked for my first layer to start after my jaw line and then a layered look to frame the face. She block cut it & it is above jaw line. Very disappointed. To finish I said straight with lose curls at ends. She sprayed products scrunched it with diffuser. This is not what I asked for. I told her to straighten. Teacher said use hair dryer. I was upset & said will use my GHD once home.I want refund
