Due to an error on Treatwell, The Lodge had not been notified of my change of appt time but Preeti came to the studio specially to fulfil the appt which was really appreciated. All the staff at The Lodge were lovely and it's a great space.
The room was clean and nicely decorated but there were a few things stored at the back of the room which made it look a little messy. It may be that this would normally be moved out but as they were not expecting me there was a rush to get the room ready. It was little cold too.
I've not had acupuncture before but Preeti made me feel comfortable and completed a full assessment before the treatment. She was very knowledgable and gave some good advice around different issues. I'm not sure I would have acupuncture again but that has nothing to do with Preeti or The Lodge, I just prefer other treatment modalities. I'd definitely return for other treatments.
This is such a great space and hidden gem in Surrey Quays! Absolutely love it here.
