I have trained at both the famous City Lit, overseen by the stringent City & Guilds educational body, and at the London School of Massage. I'm lucky to have found an occupation I love and proud that this shows in my ability to give each and every client a massage which addresses the reasons they booked but always tries to go one step further. I'm a member of the CThA (Complementary Therapists Association), CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council) and am fully insured. My training included many aspects of health and safety, including hygiene and cleanliness. It also dealt with privacy, comfort and care - as everyone's situations and cultures differ. Not everyone that visits me comes with aching muscles or knots... some have stressful lives and need a relaxing moment in their otherwise hectic day... others book for a well earned treat that's just for them, good for the soul.

I am passionate about empowering people with tools to lead, happy healthy lives. I think we are all in charge of our own health and happiness but sometimes we need a helping hand. That's where massage comes in to play. As a yoga teacher I am very in tune with people's bodies. It felt natural to train in massage as I found myself manipulating people's bodies during class. So a sports massage with me will probably end with a little homework on a particular yogic stretch to help you continue the benefits of the massage. And you really don't have to be a sports person or a yogi to have a sports massage from me. I just love helping people to heal and feel like the best version of themselves.
My journey started with exploring various massage styles which led me to my current disciplines: Namikoshi Shiatsu, Thai Massage and Deep Tissue. I am a member of the FHT and have been a massage therapist since 2005. Massage is a great tool to help creating a greater awareness and understanding of the body and mind. I focus on listening to the wishes of my clients and what they want to achieve through a massage!
I'm originally from Switzerland and moved to London to follow a dream of dancing. In 2003 I had a severe break through my right tibia whilst snowboarding. After surgery I successfully rehabilitated with Pilates, continued with my dance studies and finally graduated from Laine Theatre Arts with a National Dance Diploma Qualification (Trinity London). Inspired by my own personal journey, I started to build up a second career teaching Pilates, Dance and Corrective Exercise. I have over 10 years of teaching experience to clients of all abilities. I completed the BASI Comprehensive Teacher Training Course and continue to attended various workshops to expand my knowledge including Pilates for Dancers (BASI), Pilates for Skiers (APPI), Pre- and Post Natal Pilates (The Centre for Women’s Fitness), Anatomy in Motion, NKT (Neuro Kinetic Therapy) and Aerial Yoga. The Anatomy in Motion training course completely changed the way I move, teach and think which led me into the beautiful world of Chinese Medicine. I started having Acupuncture treatments for muscular-skeletal issues related back to my leg fracture all those years ago. I went to Acupuncture for muscular pain, yet it changed my life. It released emotional baggage I have carried with me for years. What amazed me was that I never even brought those issues up in the session. I was curious... how could this be? It was as if my body has found balance and peace in which there was no room for the destructiveness of my past. I was fascinated by how Acupuncture works and found myself researching and reading about Chinese Medicine. Two years after my first acupuncture session I decided to embrace the journey of studying Acupuncture, as I simply fell in love with this powerful medicine.
