As always, a fab experience from start to finish. Dean does a great job with my colour, advising me on the best tones and working with grey coming in. Verona cut and styled my hair this time, and both she and Marianne always listen to what I want and do a brilliant job of my graduated bob cut - even with my tricky hairline! All three are so welcoming and friendly. From my first visit in 2021 they have treated me like a friend they are delighted to see - and they are like it with everyone!
