I like the fact you are always sat down prior to getting your hair washed to talk about any changes you might want or how much hair you would like taken off. Remembering I am trying to grow my gray out makes you feel a special & valued customer. It was tempting to just get a full head of colour but my stylist & the colour stylish encouraged me to continue on my path to grow out my gray. No other words than fabulous & discussed with no pressure whatsoever. See you all soon.
