The lady was very nice and explained everything well, when I had my patch test kept making sure if I was okay and even sacrificed her break time to squeeze me in for my next appointment without me asking.

This was my second laser treatment. Keerti was very attentive and professional. She made me feel relaxed. Gave great advice for after treatment. I would recommend booking your treatment with Keerti if you go to the TLC in Victoria as her attention to detail is second to none.
