I had microdermo countless times but no one has ever been so thoroughout as Kerrie. She really takes pride in what she is doing and you can see from the care customers receive. A massive thank you to her!!!

The laser room is in the back of a nail salon which is already alarming. Then when you get in the room, it’s really dirty. The towel on the treatment bed had stains on it. There was garbage also. It just felt really unprofessional and that’s not what you want from a place handling lasers. The prices were really cheap though but due to the cleanliness I won’t be purchasing a package.

The Laser Group company is extremely difficult to contact to. The treatment that I have received was not only incorrect but also poorly done. They offer treatment on the website where in reality they give you worse version of it or basically incorrect one. They offer great prices but the level of service and treatments is really bad. I have made several complaints and no ones bothers to contact me back about it.

The lady doing the laser treatment is very lovely, always trying to book my appointment to fit my working pattern, she is very friendly and caring too. She is just fantastic.
