Deep Tissue Massage
The sports massage was fantastic- she really got into the specific areas that were sore after the marathon. And I am LOVING the pliates reformer classes- it's the first time I ever tried the machines, and I am amazed at how much you can do with them. Mehret is really confident and great at working with each of us to our own level of ability.
My massages have been my treat to myself at the end of very busy working weeks. Adrienne is extremely skilled - knows exactly how to get at the bits that need unknotting. Certainly one of the best deep tissue massages I have ever had - a proper massage! She creates a welcoming, relaxed, warm and comfortable atmosphere and always makes sure to understand my particular needs. My back and shoulders have been rejuvenated! Thank you! And what's more she works two minutes away from my home. Waxing has just been added to the list of treatments - great! What's not to like??? Sx
