Fab-u-lous!! Mehret is so good at developing a deep, empathic personal connection. And her touch is firm & accurate (& kind, even with deep tissue pressure!) Clearly she's v. knowledgeable about the body, but she shared just enough of this expertise for me to gain a bit more understanding of how to move & take better care of my body myself later. All great! Thank you.

My deep tissue massage was amazing, best massage I have ever had. Mehret made me feel welcome and relaxed with her professional manner gave me alot of advice to regards of my posture. I will be back! I have also recommended The Hope Centre to my friends and family.

Mehret is absolutely brilliant. I needed a last minute appointment for chronic neck pain, I was fitted in that morning and feel a million times better.
