With the offer, this was a really good value deal. The massage was good and the therapist was really friendly. The staffing was a bit disorganised when I arrived and the reception could have been more professional. The layout of the old building is a bit higgledy-piggledy and some bits a bit dated. I seemed to have to work out where I was going myself and when I asked for a towel and robe it seemed a surprise and they had to go off and find one. The building is quite dated but the spa seemed to have been refitted recently in a tasteful and nice way. The pool etc are nice. I thought I had made an appointment for one time but seemed to have to wait quite a while and as there was no room in the relaxation room it was in the corridor by the washing machine room which was a bit odd. However, with the offer, overall the deal was good value and I had a good day.
The Spa is a small privately owned & located amongst the Hertfordshire Golf & Country Club building. I had two treatments, both delivered professionally and effectively I felt very relaxed and stress free afterwards. There is use of the pool, sauna snd steam room downstairs which is good but starting to look a little decoratively tired. Overall very good and I'd return again for the treatments combined eith treatments but not the Spa alone.
