The spa is not very good. There is just a long pool which isn't warm enough with four loungers next to it. Right next to it is a steam room which was out of order during our visit and a sauna. We spent about 25 minutes in total in the sauna and pool and then had little else to do here. No relaxation room or any other typical spa facilities. The massage treatments were relatively good but my therapist lacked in competence somewhat. The massage room wasn't very nice (quite clinical) and the cheap quality bed wasn't conducive to relaxation. The face hole on my bed kept falling loose. The Indigo restaurant is tiny and lacking in atmosphere. We had high expectations of the food but it was only average. On the plus side, the service throughout the entire hotel is exceptional and the location is fantastic. The lastminute deal was very good value for an overnight stay but I don't think I would stay here again. The spa experience at K West is much better.
Everything was amazing. I cannot fault the hotel or the staff. It went beyond my expectations. It is a shame that the spa doesn't have a Jacuzzi but I was aware of this fact before booking.
fabulous! From the moment of arrival to departure everything as it should be! Standard room small but lovely - you need to request tea/coffee making facilities as not already in room - however this request was responded to immediately. Was 3rd visit - will be returning very soon.
Wonderful hotel in a great location! We had a really relaxing stay. Thanks very much!
The hotel itself is very stylish and the room was spacious, quiet and had all luxuries you would expect of a 5* hotel. The breakfast was varied, included in the deal was the full English. This would have been £27 if not part of the deal which is very pricey as the quality of the produce didn't taste any nicer than a standard breakfast. The staff on front reception were helpful but quite abrupt, the spa staff however, were extremely friendly and accommodating. The spa was bliss, the pool was pretty much empty at one point I did have it all to myself and the treatment (body massage) was very relaxing and professionally carired out. I would recommend this hotel and spa for anyone wanting to pamper in the heart of London, location couldn't have been more ideal for all top attractions.
