First class hotel, the spa is friendly and intimate. My wife and I both had a therapeutic massage and felt extremely pampered during our stay there. The Spa itself has pleasant treatment rooms, but it is the pool that steals the show.
The team at the spa were attentive and very welcoming. Our stay at One Aldwych was excellent, the team really helped make our stay perfect to celebrate a relaxing big birthday weekend.
Warm welcome at Hotel. Personal service. Great location for Covent Garden shopping and visits to Theatre.
Vibrant Hotel- lively cocktail bar. Delicious breakfast. Comfortable, clean room, lovely bathroom. (Room quite small, no view on 5th floor.) Treatments excellent. Pool area not so appealing.Excellent value for money - a 5 star experience in the heart of London.
The health club at One Aldwych was very good, me and my boyfriend enjoyed our 45 minutes massage. It was very relaxing and soothing, i could have had the massage for hours and hours as it was very relaxing that I just wanted to stay. I would defiantly recommend this spa to friends and will come back myself.
