Having received compliments about my haircut the next day in the office I have no complaints. Great value for a hair cut in London so will definitely return. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and fitted me in for a late slot on a weekday evening which was perfect. They do have the music quite loud and its not the most luxurious establishment - it is clean i should point out - so I wouldn't recommend if you want to really relax and wind-down.
The salon itself was nice and I was offered a coffee on arrival. The staff were attentive but I felt my stylist was a little rude, albeit probably not intentionally (I know my hair is thin and flat but don't expect it to be commented on repeatedly in a shocked tone!) The cut itself was fine, nothing really wrong with it but it was little more than a trim when I was offered a few layers at the start. The blow dry wasn't particularly great either. The whole process only took about 30mins from wash to finish and my hair reaches past my shoulder blades. Not impressed enough to pay £30 again I'm afraid.
Good quality colouring treatment. Friendly staff. Full head of colour done. They didn't have the colour I wanted in stock which was slightly disappointing but they did say they would order it in for next time. Will return.
Got great value for money, the haircut was exactly what I wanted and they made sure they understood what style I wanted.
Other than that, I wouldn't go back here for a relaxing experience, the music was way too loud (for my taste, I understand people like loud dance music of course) and I thought it was weird that my hair was brushed with the same brush as the hair dresser next to me was using on another client, so I could see the brown hairs on it when they started brushing my blonde hair. I'm a bit ocd on cleanliness though.
But like I said, for 30 pounds I got a great hair cut, just didn't like the environment.
Ambience and staff friendly as normal. Found the quality of colouring not as good this time. I came away with uncoloured bits at the very front of my head and some greys were not covered at all. Slightly disappointed but will go back again because every other time I've had good quality colourings.
