Appointment was pushed back 30 minutes, was informed 1 hour before appointment start time. Arrived and still had to wait 25 minutes, no apology offered or refereshments until finally in the seat. Hair wash was mediocre; no massage included. Haircut was as expected but will not return due to poor impression and not professional.
