The salon is using a new colour supplier. I agreed to go with Becky's suggestion from the new colour chart. When the colour came out considerably brighter than expected, Becky discussed with me how I felt about new colour of my hair. We both agreed it was extremely bright and would become more so in the sun. Without further ado, Becky put a base shade on my hair for a further few minutes to tone the colour down. I am now delighted with the colour and have had several compliments.

There are not enough adjectives in the previous question! As always, Denise does a brilliant job. I am always happy after highlights and cut/blow dry. She is a very talented cutter and colourist as well as being friendly and attentive. The salon is always kept clean and it always feels a treat to go to the salon.

I can’t recommend Margareta highly enough. She’s lovely, caring, knowledgeable, and professional. From the moment I arrive, she makes me feel completely comfortable and really takes the time to understand what I would like. I can be quite indecisive when it comes to my hair, but she always offers thoughtful suggestions and makes me feel like I’m in the safest hands. Her attention to detail is incredible, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients.
