Ana Chan was amazing. Best colour I think I’ve ever had done. The whole process was attentive and comfortable. Everyone in the salon was super friendly and welcoming. I came out with exactly what I asked for.
The only thing I would say would be to make the shampoo/conditioning massage a little longer to feel fully relaxed.
