Lorraine seemed very sweet, Unfortunately I’m not happy with the results of my eyebrows. I kindly asked to keep my shape and just clean around but once I got home I noticed that my shape was not the same and more hair than usuale were taken out/ also had holes. I’m unhappy as my look is changed and now I’ll have to wait for the hair to grow back. Unfortunately unhappy.
