I had been searching for a local salon to provide electrolysis treatments when I found Nicola. From the first appointment, she was very helpful, squeezing me in for a patch test so that I could have my treatment before a family wedding.
She talked me through what I should expect during treatment- which was very reassuring- about post treatment skincare and advised on how to gauge when I would need my next treatment. A highly professional experience in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
