During my visit, I overheard staff members openly discussing previous clients within the shop, which felt unprofessional and raised concerns about confidentiality. Additionally, my hairdresser spent a considerable amount of time talking about her own health issues and explaining that she is still expected to work despite being unwell, which made for an uncomfortable experience.
