The venue itself was lovely, spacious and bright with music playing in the background. I booked a wash cut and blow dry and I was really unhappy with the end result. I appreciate that the stylists were trainees so I wasn't expecting perfection but I only asked for a trim and tidy up of the layers and it was clear the stylists were out of their depth. I was also in there for almost two hours. I have attempted to resolve the issue with the salon but they have been unresponsive.
