Absolutely brilliant treatment. All of the staff are lovely and I’ve never been made to feel more welcome and like a friend from the minute I stepped in. My hair looks, feels and smells gorgeous and a wonderful experience for a bit of “me” time! See you all again soon

Two hours before the scheduled appointment I got a text saying they have to cancel due to the heatwave. Then I got a call and text asking if I’d come one hour after my appointment. I had to chase them for a refund. I was also told I would get a gift voucher for the inconvenience- I got absolutely nothing. I wouldn’t recommend booking through them.

I have a few treatments. Steam facial really relaxing. Sarah explained everything about the treatment. Also had my hair cut and treatment for my hair. Nails done. Lovely place , everyone is so welcoming, really enjoy what they do.
