Sebastian was really great. He went above and beyond, not only to figure out what kind of massage would be suitable for my issues and conditions, but he's very knowledgeable and explained to me what tissues and muscles were creating the issues and why, which nobody did before. He took time to even show me some exercises (way better than those from the NHS physio, of course), and explained what I need to do. I will certainly go back and I couldn't recommend him enough! Thank you 🫶🏻

I'm Sebastian. I trained in physiotherapy and now specialise in sports and remedial massage. Most of my clients come in with tight necks, lower back pain or general tension from sitting at a desk all day and I help them actually feel better, not just relaxed for an hour.
My studio is in a quiet, professional space on Borough High Street, right by London Bridge station. Sessions are tailored to what your body needs on the day, no set routine, no rushing.
If you've never had a massage before or you're not sure what to book, the 25 minute taster session for £20 is a good place to start.
