Sebastian was really great. He went above and beyond, not only to figure out what kind of massage would be suitable for my issues and conditions, but he's very knowledgeable and explained to me what tissues and muscles were creating the issues and why, which nobody did before. He took time to even show me some exercises (way better than those from the NHS physio, of course), and explained what I need to do. I will certainly go back and I couldn't recommend him enough! Thank you 🫶🏻
