The venue is pleasant with nice beauticians. I was offered a drink and the experience was good. However it was recommended I have the luxury pedi as my heels were dry (an extra £10) but in my opinion it made no difference. The skin on my feet is still dry and hard. Maybe it takes regular application. I was hoping the equipment would be sanitised but it seemed the same cuticle trimmers, clippers and files etc are used on everyone. I also had 2 small cuts to my cuticles! It’s expensive imo
The salon is lovely & I’m sure there are regulars who love it.But I didn’t feel amazing when I left,I left feeling embarrassed and a bit judged. For context I haven’t had a pedi since the autumn - finding the time is a juggle but I wanted to treat myself for a very rare solo hour of self care. But I was continuously told I needed regular pedis (if I could I would!)& the side eyes between nail techs was not very subtle. My mistake trying somewhere new.I have a regular spot for my mani in Earlsfield
