Whenever I've booked on Treatwell, I have always had to wait about 10 minutes or so for my appointment as all the beauticians are busy with other appointments. It's not the longest wait but defeats the point of booking a timed appointment. However, the waxing here is great, the beauticians are really gentle and thorough and it's barely painful. The salon is decorated beautifully and is very clean and welcoming. The staff are lovely.
