I booked this appointment on Treatwell on Xmas eve at 5:45. I walked to the shop and it was closed. I’ve paid £30.40 I need a refund.

Snehal was very sweet, but just plain BIAB took her around 2 hours, incredibly slow and yet it was not well done. Unfortunately wouldn’t come back
