Experienced the manager telling off the staff in front of me, which was very awkward. The girl doing my manicure was very kind but very slow and the manicure was not the neatest. When the next customer came in claiming to be in a hurry, the nail Technician then rushed finishing my nails, missing out several steps and resulting in a very messy finish and look. The biab started coming off after two weeks. Would not go back here.
