What an amazing experience for my first wax! Anna was so welcoming from the very start, she offered me water and made me feel super comfortable. During the session, she let me know when she was about to do something, which made me feel so at ease. By the end, I was chilling, we had a good laugh and it was near painless for me. Thank you so much - I will absolutely be back x
