“I had a really disappointing experience. The location on Google Maps was confusing—when I arrived, the door was locked, no one answered the bell, and no one answered the phone. It was hard to find since it was downstairs. When I finally got in, they told me they couldn’t remove my gel nails due to licensing, leaving me to painfully remove them myself. After getting BIAB done, the polish started peeling within hours. I won’t be returning.
