I usually have Georgia to do my LVL and Brows but she was not available. I had a different lady. They overran by 45 minutes and rushed my appointment. I asked for natural brown/ light brown colour. My eyebrows where black and I was reassured they would settle. I returned to the shop 2 days later. She apparently used the lightest shade and maybe it was a “bad batch”! And said all I can offer is an apology! No refund even offered. I feel completely Let down and now embarrassed to show my face.

Elise was great, did an awesome job with my hair (although I didn't leave her much time,turning up late!), she was very professional and friendly, and my hair looked like a lot more than a blow dry had been done so I loved it!
