booked appointment two weeks in advance for heena brows. Got to the salon and were told thy cannot do it as I didnot had a patch test. I explained I did. But they said becuase that person left the business they donot feel confident doing it. I donot understand why they didnot call me before to say I needed the patch test it's just horriable. I had wedding to go to nxt day.HARRIET WAS AWFUL NO APOLOGY!! I visit them very often but from now on I won't... this experience I had was Horrible!!
