I normally hate my eyebrows when they are first tinted as they always seems really dark but Brooke really listened to what i wanted and got them spot on.
My LVL lashes were also done really well.

I had booked an appointment for hybrid lashes with Jess. It was rescheduled twice. When it was rescheduled I noticed on my confirmation email it said cashmere half set. I questioned this and Jess confirmed she was only trained in Cashmere even though online it booked it with Jess. Jess was very good and managed to change the technician doing my lashes. Sam came in and did the set for me. Sam then asked for payment to which I explained I had already paid online. Bit of miscommunication.
