Went for a classic set of eyelashes and didn’t realise how badly done they were until I got home. They actually looked awful, I had to get them re-done by another lash technician in Reigate (and what a difference it made!) Would not recommend and will not be returning.

The whole thing was a sham. I booked online with treatwell. A day later I called the salon and changed the appointment. I went for a patch test. Arrived for my appointment only to be told Shelly wasn’t there and I couldn’t have the appointment I’d pre paid for!
No responsibility was taken by the salon, no effort was made to ensure my lvl was done.
How is it that at the beginning of the day you couldn’t call to let me know. Have a diary meeting in the morning people! + 10days wait for refund
