Jessica put me at ease. She was very friendly. Being a woman in her 50’s I was nervous about getting extensions but due to the menopause my hair is getting thinner and thinner. Jessica understood where I needed the extra hair and matched the hair perfectly. Now I have more volume and body and feel less conscious about my hair.
