Shelley is amazing at her job. My hybrids stayed in fully for ages even after a week of me crying continuously throughout and after a funeral ! She is so thorough , knowledgeable and cares about her clients. I hope management really appreciate her as she’s one in a million, I’ll be lost when she’s on maternity leave and wish her all the best .

I unfortunately had the worse experience I’ve ever had, we agreed on a hair style below shoulders, she we cut it above my shoulders very short. It’s completely uneven & much longer on one side. I emailed the glamour garage to let them know about my terrible hair cut but never got a reply. Don’t get your hair cut here, you’ll regret it. I’ve had to go somewhere else to get my hair fixed into a wearable cut. 😢
