I love the energy and feel of The Full Spectrum Centre, it's so calming and relaxing. I've had some wonderful treatments here - body massage, facial massage and reflexology. The therapists are very professional at excellent at what they do. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for high standards of holistic therapy.

I really enjoyed my visit to The Full Spectrum Centre Limited. Very professional and I was made to feel very welcome. I had a lovely full body holistic massage and I felt great afterwards. I would highly recommend The Full Spectrum Centre and I am looking forward to my next visit.
