I have had some of the best massages I have ever had at The Full Spectrum. The staff take such good care of you, and listen to exactly how you like your massage and what you need. Definitely will be booking again.

I have been visiting the centre regularly for 5 years now and it never ceases to amaze me as to how fabulous I feel after each visit. The staff are happy, friendly people and their positive energy is infectious! The range of treatments is vast, something for everyone. On my first visit I was suffering badly from a chronic illness yet I am now in recovery, I am 100% sure this is due to the treatments and support I have received from all at the Full Spectrum Centre, thank you.

The full spectrum centre is amazing, I've been having treatments for years off Joanne, I've also had treatments from the other therapists too, everything is great, they make you feel so special. I have a chronic illness (ME) and Joanne is very knowledgable about my condition, she deals with my pain and eases it, or it goes away completely! I've also gone to the smaller classes for Reiki, Sound Bath, Meditations etc. The staff are all lovely and put you at ease, I would and do, recommend them to everyone. Wonderful peaceful place.
