I don’t like to leave bad feedback but was very disappointed. I waited half an hour but I could see it was very busy. The girl washing my hair, Izzy, was good. The haircut wasn’t though, it was rushed, done in 20 mins (including washing). Alara barely cut anything off. I told her I don’t have it cut often but it needs a good trim to get rid of all the dead ends, barely anything was cut and she didn’t dry my hair properly and I left with it very damp. Not a great service for £49!

Verity helped.me choose my colour (I never get the same one twice!) and then gave my hair a well needed trim. I'd run out of shampoo and conditioner so she reccomended the best ones for my crazy, rebellious hair. Excellent atmosphere, banter and hair. Can't reccomend highly enough. I love coming here.
