I have been working as an SMT since I was made redundant from my job in finance in 2015. I have had the pleasure of working with many elite sporting people including the first team at Ipswich Town football club, an Olympic Gold medal winner, 2 Rugby World Cup winners & athletes & cyclists at the 2022 Commonwealth Games. I have been involved in sport most of my life, which also means I have suffered some of the injuries that I now treat! I know how important it is for our bodies to function efficiently & effectively & I believe massage helps with this. I am passionate about helping people get the most from their massage. I offer aftercare advice which always includes what you should & shouldn’t do after a massage but I can also offer stretching exercises which can help improve range of movement.
Michelle graduated with top marks from LSSM alongside Tammy and has been providing sports massages in her local area alongside working in the City. When not training for an Ironman, marathons, long-distance swims or some obstacle event - she is helping local runners, cyclists + tennis players with niggles they are experiencing. She also assists individuals with pain relief in cases of lower back tension, shoulder stiffness and posture-related issues gained whilst sitting in front of a computer day to day.
Nicky trained at the London School of Sports Massage with Tammy and Michelle and has been working full time as a soft tissue therapist since 2021. She spends part of her working week treating clients at a local Osteopathic clinic and the rest of the time working as a mobile massage therapist, travelling to client’s homes to treat them. By combining the various techniques she has in her ‘toolbox’ she is well placed to assess and treat individuals; helping to alleviate pain and restore muscular and postural balance. Nicky enjoys working with people of all ages, helping them to maintain optimal health and the pain-free function of their bodies. Massage can be beneficial to everyone; athletes, manual labourers, sedentary office workers, the elderly and/or just individuals who appreciate a regular maintenance massage. She has also recently completed an Oncology massage course and hope to use the newly acquired knowledge to bring comfort and support to individuals with or recovering from cancer. Nicky strongly believes that if you want to improve your posture and range of movement, while remaining healthy and active, massage should be a regular part of your life.
