Literally the worst hot wax I’ve had and it’s the only form of hair removal I use so I’ve had a lot! The wax quality is awful, is far too hot (it burns the skin even though I kept been told it can’t burn...really though anything that’s a high enough temp will burn skin) and don’t expect it to come off in 1,2 or 3 attempts because the therapist can’t get a grip on it. As I have fine, blonde hair it normally takes 15/20 minutes...45 minutes later there’s still hair there but I was done and couldn’t lie there while someone thinks it’s acceptable to blow at your vagina to cool wax down, super hygienic! On top of that, the venue is dirty, all paper falling off the walls. Just avoid.

Really unimpressed with the experience in the salon. The service was terrible, the therapist were mixed up with who’s client I was which meant I was taken by two different people and the therapist switched right in the middle of my treatment. The therapist cut my cuticle which bleed the entire time. 20 mins following the appointment my nail has already lifted as the base coat wasn’t put on properly.

Love my hair! Always sick of how thick and frizzy it is but left the salon with the straightest hair (rare for me) that felt so light! Fab cut and blow dry, thank you!
