The place itself is not too bad, bit run down, but ok if you’re not too precious about it, however, the salon itself was extremely cold, I did ask about it and was told there’s nothing that can be done.. Staff was nice and offering tea but still not made it a relaxing experience when freezing... I had two treatments, the Brazilian blow dry was ok but took about 3h (wish the therapist was more straightforward about it, luckily I had time to spare, but make sure you double check the time they give you), the stylist was very nice and accommodating and was overall an okish experience. Unfortunately, the manicure was one of the worst I ever had, full of lumps, not applied equally, loads of blank spaces left on some nails and not others- the entire experience felt rushed and not enough attention to detail was given, etc... I am actually taking it off myself today due to how bad it actually looks, wish I would have said something then but the room being quite dark, I couldn’t see this at the moment... i wouldn’t go back again, at least not for the manicure.
