This was my first experience of hollywood waxing, The waxing was ok although I was left with wax still attached to hair that wasn't removed. Booked a new client offer and should have received a free eyebrow shape and wax but didn't receive it. Also in the room there is no option but to leave clothes on the floor Pretty disappointing
